  On the day I was there, the employees at this location were rude and uninformed. I stopped in on Feb 13 to look into upgrading from my Galaxy S5. There were two employees, a young man who was assisting customers and a young woman who sat, slouched, in her chair (with her coat on) the entire time I spoke with her. When I explained I wanted to upgrade because my S5 would no l longer receive updates, she took my phone out of my hand, and then impatiently handed it back for me to access (password protected). When I did so, she snarkily tapped into the Settings and snottily showed me "See you are up-to-date" I replied yes, as far as this phone can be (Marshmallow), but I won't get Oreo or anything in the future. "Oreo? What's that?" WHAT!!!!!? A Verizon sales rep didn't know what Oreo is? I said yes, android updates--they all have sweet names--Lollipop, Kit Kat, Marshmallow... She then turned to her colleague--"Have you ever heard of Oreo?" "Yeah, I think so." He THINKS so? I said, "Yes, the S5 stops at Marshmallow, won't get any more updates" He: "Oh, well, yeah, your phone will probably be dropped then." I then said that it was really sad that I know more than they did, turned, and left as quickly as possible. As I got to the door, the female, as nastily as possible given there was another woman coming in the door said "Well, okay, thaaaaanks." Will give that she did have really nice makeup on--clearly she spent more time doing that than learning her job; and the guy was standing while his customers sat. Oh, and they seem to have a decent inventory to look at--just don't expect anyone there to know anything. Find another Verizon store--in short, if this were my first experience at a Verizon outlet, I'd be heading to any competitor--even Sprint! If I could give negative, or even no stars, I would have.

  Verizon stores can be a nightmare but if you want to avoid the corporate store and get a great experience with a store that cares than The Cellular Connection is your store. The consultants are knowledgeable and will work hard to fix your problems. Keep in mind they will not be able to accommodate all your troubles because they are a satilite store. If you enjoy face to face customer service and seeing a phone in person before you buy check this place out!
