I had to call the store from my cell phone and tell them I was in that department looking for help. Someone actually came then, though they didn't have the basic parts to replace a hot water heater...like unions....and then they looked it up and no one had them in store for the entire state. I went to Home Depot down the road and they boxes of them....boxes....
